Lutherans love food, and that is reflected in our love of potlucks and church picnics! Along with their Sunday tasks of setting up doughnuts and coffee for 9:45 am Fellowship between services, they work behind the scenes during events setting up tables, preparing and setting out refreshments and helping in the kitchen.

In addition to set up they help with clean-up and putting away kitchen utensils. During celebrations they take care of ordering a cake and ensuring the tables set up with tablecloths and decor if needed. Fellowship also plays a role in the formation of meal trains for members who are hospitalized, new parents or those who are grieving a loved one to take the task of meal preparation off of their plate.
